The Troxel Company built a new home in the golf course community of Macatawa Legends for a young family whose infant son was born with a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot & had his heart repaired at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.  This family was gracious enough to host an open house on Saturday May 19^th along with The Troxel Company at their new home.  Guests were encouraged to bring small children’s board books to donate to the University of MI Giving Library.

The Troxel Company Team attended the 2012 National Association of Home Builders International Builders’ Show where they found an exhibit floor showcasing over 900 companies from around the world with experts eager to share new products for our client's new homes. We also attended educational seminars on different topics such as the National Green Building Standard to Universal esign to Color Forecasts & Trends for Interiors & Exteriors to Building Energy Efficient Homes to Clearing the Air with Smart Ventilation presented by national leading instructors.

The Troxel Company team will be attending the 2012 NAHB International Builders' Show this week.  Education, innovation & new products  … gathering the latest information from industry experts to share with our new home owners and renovation customers.

The homeowners each put their foot on a side of the shovel as they took the first push of dirt off to begin the process of home building on the golf course site at Macatawa Legends this morning.  This contempo/modern home will take in the westerly view of hole #10 & allow the avid male golfer of this family indulgence in his favorite fairway sport.
